DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6576 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Burke. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Burke be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6576: <br /> A part of Lot#1, Certified Survey#6410, located in the E 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 9, Town <br /> of Burke described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section <br /> 9; thence S 89° 04' 49" West along the South line of the said SW 1/4, 1320.20 feet; <br /> thence N 00° 08' 19" East, 1560.56 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue N 00° <br /> 08' 19" East, 525.00 feet; thence N 89° 38' 37" East, 346.99 feet; thence S 14° 50' 49" <br /> East, 542.23 feet; thence S 89° 38' 37"West, 487.18 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1. Contingent upon completion and approval of a town plan map amendment and limited <br /> service area amendment, as it pertains to the rezone area, by the Regional Planning <br /> Commission and Dane County. <br />
