CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br />The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey <br />map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if <br />within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the <br />land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure <br />to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br />recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br />TO R 1A: <br />A parcel of land located in the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Dunn, described <br />as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 7; thence N27°18'39" <br />West, 910.53 feet to the point of beginning; thence NO3°17'06" East, 305.05 feet; thence <br />S89°02'14" East, 142.92 feet; thence S03°17'06" West, 305.05 feet; thence N89°02'14" <br />West, 142.92 feet to the point of beginning. <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment, based upon their findings, to be <br />consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77 (1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
