Cordry and Larry Kaseman. <br /> j ' Minutes were approved as read. <br />- II 1)#2715-Appeal by Lake Kegonsa State Park,Wisconsin DNR for a special exception permit as provided <br /> `'i by Section 11.05(3)to permit filling, grading as necessary within 300 feet of Lake Kegonsa and its 2405 Door Creek Road. Carmen Skjolaas moved to accept the request. Donna Leverenz seconded. butary at <br /> Unanimously passed. <br /> 2. William J. Evans, 1927 Williams Drive. Requested a rezone from RH3 to A2(8), with the minimum of 8 <br />=E.1 acres, for a certificate of compliance for repair and maintenance of fire arms. Colleen Gregorich moved to <br /> rezone the property at 1927 Williams Drive from RH3 to A2(8)(minimum of 8 acres)with the CUP M,limited <br /> family, allowing repair and maintenance of firearms with sales limited to 10(ten) firearms maximum per year. <br /> Carmen Skjolaas seconded. Unanimously passed. <br />-.. 3) Steve and Kelly Haried, 2955 McConnell Road. Requested a rezone at the stated address of 1.3 <br /> ii i 1.36 acres <br /> from R1 to A2(1). This will allow them to erect a building to house their travel trailer. Colleen Gregorich <br /> J <br /> moved to rezone the property at 2955 McConnell Road from RI to A2(1)with permitted use E, accessory <br /> 1 ! building allowing the storage of personal recreational vehicles and other personal belongings. Bemiece Rein <br /> seconded. Unanimously passed. <br /> 4) Steve Forrer, 1614 Spring Road. Requesting a rezone of property located at the southwest corner of the <br /> intersection of CTH N and Koshkonong Road which will allow him to build a warehouse for Trifor Dist. After <br /> some discussion with the Board it was to be noted that the business will employ five people for now, with a <br /> maximum often in the future. <br />• <br /> The hours from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. will have the most traffic. Richard Pertzbom moved to rezone the I <br />• <br />. r property at the southwest corner of the intersection of CTH N and Koshkonong Road from LC1 to Cl for the <br /> permitted uses(A)retail and service uses limited to specialty- groceries and C warehousing and storage <br />• <br /> incidental to the permitted use on the premises. <br /> Screening requirements: evergreen screening will be placed at the west end of the property line. Donna Leverenz moved that the drawings Mr. Forrer provided will be on record for the property at the <br /> southwest comer of the intersection of CTH N and Koshkonong Roads.
