The Plan Commission recommended <br /> approval on the basis of consistency with the Plan. As proposed the density of this project is <br /> substantially less than that permitted by zoning and the overall density advocated by the plan. <br /> Though traffic on Lake Road continues to be an issue that is a concern to many area residents <br /> as well as the Town, the fact remains that the driveway is at an approved location and that <br /> the number of new trips generated by this project is marginal in terms of impact on the <br /> design capacity of this county trunk highway. <br /> JB:jas <br /> Enclosure <br />
