• <br /> ' Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1331 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT the conditional use permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Unlimited livestock. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 8/6/96 EXPIRATION DATE: (See below) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 8, Town of Albion described as <br /> follows : Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 8; <br /> thence S 00° 20' West, 2, 683 . 71 feet; thence S 85° 33' West, 517 <br /> feet ±; thence N 21° 22' West, 411 feet ± to the point of <br /> beginning; thence S 84° 57' West, 404 feet ±; thence N 05° 02' <br /> West, 398 feet ±; thence N 69° 35' East, 277 feet ±; thence S 22° <br /> 22' East, 311 feet ±; thence S 21° 23' East, 180 feet ± to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1) . There shall be a maximum of 50 animal units. <br /> 2) . A manure disposal plan shall be in place. <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger <br /> the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2 . That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the <br /> neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be <br /> substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, <br /> maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. <br /> 3. That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will not <br /> impede the normal and orderly development and improvement of the <br /> surrounding property for uses permitted in the district. <br /> 4. That adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and other <br /> necessary site improvements will be made. <br />
