• Minutes ZNR Committee AUGUST 6 1996 Page. 1 <br /> MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE <br /> HELD ON 6 AUGUST 1996 <br /> PRESENT: Anderson,Hendrick,Kesterson, Sallcin, Van Deurzen, Butler, Cornwell <br /> ALSO: Smiley, Scribner, Gregorius, Sieling, Gunderman,Roffers. <br /> I CALL TO ORDER: <br /> The meeting was called to order by James Van Deurzen at 5:30 PM in room 2E City-County Building. <br /> II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> Motion by Hendrick/Cornwell to approve the minutes of the July 23, 1996 Zoning and Natural Resources <br /> Committee meeting;carried 5-0. <br /> * Supervisors Salkin and Kesterson entered room. <br /> M. PUBLIC COMMENT: <br /> The applicant for petition#6570,Town of Verona,addressed the committee as to why he was not on tonight's <br /> agenda. Chairman Van Deurzen stated the item would be considered at the August 20, 1996 meeting. <br /> W. REZONE AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS FROM PREVIOUS <br /> MEETINGS: <br /> a. CUP 1329, Windsor Motel,Ltd.,Town of Windsor, 4/9/96 <br /> Motion by Butler/Cornwell to deny application; carried 7-0. <br /> b. CUP 1306, Sornberger,Town of Christiana, 1/9/96 <br /> Motion by Hendrick/Butler to consider this CUP at the end of the agenda(applicant not in attendance <br /> when item was considered by the committee); carried 7-0. <br /> c. 6633,Eugster, Town of Dunn, 7/16/96 <br /> Motion by Anderson/Cornwell to amend the petition from the original request of RH-2 to the A-2(1), <br /> based upon an amended reduction in the rezone area to approximately 2.24 acres and to require a deed <br /> restriction that restricts any future conditional use permits to only agricultural and residential use; carried <br /> 7-0. <br /> Motion by Anderson/Cornwell to approve as amended; carried 7-0. <br /> d.
