This property was formerly owned by Clarence Swalheim, and totaled approximately <br /> 114 net acres, as of May 15, 1982. <br /> A few land divisions have occurred since 1982 and as a result, the density study concluded that <br /> there are is one remaining RDU from the original farm. That last RDU would be assigned to the <br /> largest remaining piece of the original farm. Currently, the largest is parcel #071125495310. <br /> Please note that this density analysis does not guarantee Town or County approval of a particular <br /> land division, rezone, or development proposal. The Town of Cottage Grove Plan Commission <br /> and Board of Supervisors review all applications to rezone, and apply standards and criteria as <br /> set forth in the Town comprehensive plan to guide their decisions. Also the Town of Cottage <br /> Grove has a Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) program.
