Wenzel,Registered Professional Surveyor, hereby certify that I have surveyed, mapped and divided the parcel of land located in the SE 1/4 of Section 21, Town 9 North,Range 7 East, Township of Roxbury,Dane County,Wisconsin, more fully described as follows: Commencing at the South Quarter Corner of said Section 21;thence North 00°10'00"West, 1024.55 feet along the north-south quarter line of said section to the Point of Beginning of this description;thence continuing North 00°10'00"West, 971,22 feet along said north-south 1/4 line to the center of Kippley Road; thence along the centerline of Kippley Road on a curve to the right having a radius of 960.00 feet and a central angle of 1°9'28",an arc distance of 19.40 feet to the Northwesterly corner of Dane County Certified Survey Number 1233;thence South 00°57'26" East along the westerly line of said Dane County Certified Survey Number 1233, 422.26 feet to an existing number 6 rebar at the Southwest corner of said Dane County Certified Survey Number 1233;thence North 80°4'8" East along the southerly line of said Dane County Certified Survey Number 1233,254.65 feet to the centerline of Kippley Road;thence South 34°05'02"East along the centerline of Kippley Road, 62.11 feet;thence along the centerline of Kippley Road on a curve to the left having a radius of 955.69 feet and a central angle of 20°00'29", an arc distance of 333.73 feet;thence South 61°37'52"West, 605.58 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 4.3 acres, more or less and is subject to all easements and Rights of Way.
