DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6594 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Roxbury. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6594 <br /> Part of the W 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 21, Town of Roxbury described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner of Section 21; thence North 1109 feet to the <br /> point of beginning; thence North 445 feet; thence N 80° East 269 feet; thence S 37° East <br /> 63 feet; thence curving to the Northeast chord bearing S 42° East 271 feet; thence S 57° <br /> West 136 feet; thence S 60° West 188 feet; thence S 67° West 121 feet; thence S 76° <br /> West 97 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CER MUD SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> Si 2_ <br /> 9 (c) <br />
