This parcel would be <br /> approximately 5 acres, would go to the3tritt, and will be owned by Mark and Julie <br /> Smithback. Furthur, he would re-zone a flag-shaped parcel containing approximately 40 acres <br /> which holds a large woods. The "thin" portion for road access is lower ground located between a <br /> ditch and a waterway. Only lesser quality workland would be incorporated into this parcel.
