2_, <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6599 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Deerfield. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes and RH- <br /> 3 Rural Homes District's the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6599 <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 32 and NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 31 Town of Deerfield <br /> described as follows: <br /> TO RH-3: Beginning at the West quarter corner of Section 32; thence East, 650 feet; <br /> thence South, 800 feet; thence West, 585 feet; thence South 520 feet; thence West, 66 feet <br /> to the Southwest corner of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence North along the West line of said <br /> 1/4 1/4, 1320 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-2: Beginning at the East quarter corner of Section 31; thence South, 1320 feet <br /> to the Southeast corner of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4; thence West, 66 feet; thence North, 620 <br /> feet; thence N 10° West, 380 feet; thence North 650 feet to the North line of said 1/4 1/4; <br /> thence East, 440 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONLNG <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances.
