All conditions as specified in the operation and reclamation <br /> plan as submitted by the applicant. <br /> 2) . The conditions as specified in the "Fugitive dust control <br /> plan." <br /> 3) . Conditions as specified in the "Gravel Quarry Information" <br /> document. <br /> 4) . Reclamation bonding in the amount of $75, 000. <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger <br /> the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br />
