Minutes ZNR Committee 2 July 96 Page 2 <br /> b. 6574, Anderson, Town of Vienna, 4/9/96 <br /> Motion by Anderson/Kesterson to amend to impose the following deed restrictions on the LC-1 zoned <br /> area; <br /> 1 1.No additional building will be allowed on the area zoned or used under the LC-1 uses on the property. <br /> 2.No direct sales to be allowed on the property or public display allowed for such related material as landscaping <br /> supplies,rocks,sand,timber,etc. <br /> 3.No advertising signs allowed on the property or in the general area(1 mile which direct the public to this <br /> limited business area). <br /> 4.No on site construction or fabrication/assembly would be allowed it did not require welding ect for a major <br /> portion of the assembly. <br /> 5.No construction equipment allowed or stored on the site which is not owned or leased by the owner. <br /> 6.Materials must be screened from view through use of fencing,dirt berms,or landscaping or a combination of <br /> the foregoing/some off season and unscreened storage of piers and hoists maybe allowed in designated areas for <br /> restricted periods(Nov. 1 thni May 1) <br /> 7.The LC-1 area shall be restricted to the following uses only,storage of landscaping equipmen and materials, <br /> equipment necessary to wash and maintain hoists and piers,storage of piers and hoists as listed,limited <br /> assembly of hoists,piers,and related materials on site. <br /> Motion carried; 7-0. -. <br /> Motion by Anderson/Kesterson to approve as amended; carried 7-0. <br /> c. 6579,Hansen, Town of Medina, 5/14/96 <br /> Motion by Hendrick/Salkin to approve; carried 7-0. <br /> d CUP 1332, Schoepp, Town of Cross Plains, 5/14/96 <br /> Si CP4i)S' , •. • . - .• : ' in to impose the following conditions: <br /> 1.
