REZONING REQUEST ON OLD SAUK ROAD <br /> Dear Mr. Scribner: <br /> The Town of Middleton Board of Supervisors, acting in a <br /> legally noticed meeting of the Town Board on MAY 6, 1996, adopted <br /> the following motion regarding the approval of the rezoning <br /> petition submitted by MPB Properties regarding property located on <br /> Old Sauk Road located in the Town of Middleton, Dane County, <br /> Wisconsin. <br /> Chairman Tallard moved, seconded by Supervisor Held, to <br /> approve the rezoning petition subject to the following <br /> conditions : <br /> 1 . The approval shall be contingent on the execution of <br /> a final Agreement between the Town of Middleton and <br /> MPB Properties, LLC (see Attachment A) . <br /> 2 . The approval shall be contingent on the implementation <br /> of a site plan as detailed on Plan #1 (Job No. 5-175) , <br /> Sheets 1, 2 and 3 initialed by the principals of MPB <br /> Properties, LLC. and on file in the office of the Town <br /> Clerk, Town of Middleton. <br /> 3 . The approval shall be contingent on the completion of <br /> all landscaping by the first full planting season <br /> following completion of the building. <br /> 4 . The approval shall be contingent on all equipment <br /> being stored inside on both the LC-1 parcel and the C- <br /> 1 parcel, to the maximum extent possible . <br /> 5 . The approval shall be contingent on the abandonment of <br /> the westerly driveway access on the C-1 parcel on Old <br /> Sauk Road. <br /> MOTION CARRIED: 5 AYES 0 NAYS 0 PRESENT <br />
