2. There shall be no changes in the deed restrictions without the <br /> written consent of the Town of Middleton. <br /> 3 . The improvements to the parcels shall be in accordance with the <br /> T & C Services Plans dated March 4, 1996 - ,job no. s-175, sheets <br /> • <br /> 1 , 2, 3 as indicated by MPB and dated May 6, 1996 and submitted to the <br /> Town which include the abandonment of the Westerly driveway access <br /> on the C-1 parcel on Old Sauk Road. <br /> 4 . Landscaping on the plans shall be done during the first fall planting <br /> season following the completion of . the building. <br /> 5. Equipment shall be stored inside on both the LC-1 and C-1 parcels to <br /> the extent possible. <br /> 6. MPB will deposit $1, 000. 00 with the Town of Middleton to insure these <br /> conditions which amount shall be returned to MPB upon fulfillment of <br /> the conditions and MPB will indemnify the Town of Middleton for all <br /> costs and reasonable attorney fees incurred by the Town to enforce the <br /> deed restrictions. <br /> 7. MPB will enter into the attached Agreement with the Town of Middleton <br /> which restates the conditions above. (Agreement signed by Town & MPB <br /> May 6) 19 9 6) <br />
