/4 'gib <br /> 2 * Z5. <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6601 1~-' 1° <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Middleton. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Middleton be amended to include in the LC-1 Limited Commercial <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6601 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 17, Town of Middleton described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 17; thence Westerly along the <br /> South line of the SW 1/4 of said Section 17; 417 feet more or less to the Southwest corner <br /> of Certified Survey Map #1636, said point being the point of beginning of this description; <br /> thence continuing along said South line, 180 feet; thence Northerly parallel with the <br /> North-South quarter line of said Section 17, 288 feet more or less; thence Easterly in a <br /> line parallel to the North line of the South 680 feet of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of said Section <br /> 17, 360 feet more or less to the North-South quarter line of said Section 17; thence <br /> Southerly along said North-South quarter line, 105 feet more or less to the North line of <br /> Certified Survey Map #1636; thence Westerly along said North line 180 feet more or less <br /> to the Northwest corner of said Certified Survey Map #1636; thence Southerly along the <br /> West line of said Certified Survey Map #1636, 183 feet more or less to the South line of <br /> the SW1/4 of said Section 17, said point being the point of beginning of this description. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> Condition(s)for Rezone: <br /> 1.
