Old Sauk Rd. , <br /> consisting of .86 acres more or less; <br /> The sale or transfer of this parcel by MPB <br /> Properties, LLC is contingent upon the prior <br /> or simultaneous use restriction of Lot Two <br /> (2), CSM No. 1636, recorded March 13, 1975 <br /> in Volume 6 of Certified Surveys, p. 405 as <br /> Document No. 1422634 to the permitted uses <br /> under LC-1 Limited Commercial District, Dane <br /> County Ordinances.
