DATE: December 17,2015 <br /> TO: File <br /> FROM: Michael C.Wussow <br /> REGARDING: Dane County Moreland Zoning Permit <br /> PROJECT#: Christine Brink-Wussow&Michael Wussow <br /> 3110 Waucheeta Trail Residential Building Addition <br /> Project Description <br /> Christine Brink&Michael Wussow are proposing to renovate the home on their property at 3110 <br /> Waucheeta Trail in the Town of Dunn, Dane County Wisconsin.The original residential building was built <br /> in 1956 with an addition to the property in 1972.The renovation will take place in two phases. <br /> Phase 1 will consist of: <br /> The existing roof canopy between the existing detached garage and the residence will be demolished.A <br /> two car garage will be added to attach the existing garage to the residence.A second floor will be added <br /> on top of the existing and proposed garage. Internal building remodeling is also planned. <br /> An access and viewing corridor of 30'shall be created within the vegetative buffer zone the location of <br /> which shall be determined in coordination with Hans Hilbert,Assistant Zoning Administrator. <br /> Phase 2 will consist of: <br /> The existing deck on the house will be demolished and a ground floor addition will be added to the <br /> residence. A deck will be added on top of the proposed ground floor addition.A screened porch will be <br /> added to the residence. Internal building remodeling is also planned. <br />
