(a)No <br /> new building shall hereafter be erected, and no existing building shall be added to, structurally altered, <br /> moved or changed in use, nor shall any nonconforming building be repaired or restored, in any district, <br /> until a zoning permit has been issued, except as otherwise provided by law or ordinance." <br /> Section 12.06(1)(k)of the DCCO states that no permit fee is required for your project. <br /> 12.06 EXEMPTIONS FROM FEES.
