Proposed use of property to be rezoned. <br /> Would like to convert grainary into a small antique/collectable/gift shop. The shop would <br /> be family owned and run. <br /> b.) A time schedule for development. <br /> We would like to begin building or remodeling some time this summer and open the shop <br /> in early fall. <br /> c.) Reasons why property is suitable for the proposed use. <br /> We are close to Sun Prairie which is a mecca for small gift/collectable shops. I (Holly) <br /> have worked at a few such shops and customers were often disappointed to find out there <br /> were so few shops dealing with antiques in the Sun Prairie area.
