Said condition required removal of the tower within 90 days of <br /> erection of the new tower authorized under CUP#2297. Applicant requests that the condition be revised to allow a <br /> longer time period to remove the old tower. <br /> OBSERVATIONS: No significant environmental features observed. The new tower authorized under CUP#2297 has <br /> been erected. There are currently 2 towers located within close proximity to one another. A carrier located on the old <br /> tower requires additional time to move their equipment to the new tower build under CUP#2297. <br /> TOWN PLAN: The town of Madison has not adopted a comprehensive plan. <br /> RESOURCE PROTECTION: No resource protection corridors located on the property. 4 <br /> STAFF: Staff recommends that condition 20 from CUP#2297 be revised to require that the old tower located at 1762 <br /> W. Beltline Highway be removed no later than May 1, 2016. See attached, revised CUP (includes all prior conditions of <br /> approval of CUP#2297). <br /> TOWN: Approved with no conditions. <br /> 11/24 ZLR: The CUP was postponed due to no representation. <br />
