The final decision' was that <br /> the rezoning could be either •RH-2 for the full 7a. or RH-1 for <br /> 2a. and A-2 fot the remaining 5a. The town requests a deed rest- <br /> riction against any residential bldg. on the 26a. parcel remaining <br /> that exists between this 7a . parcel and land currently owned by <br /> Randy Brunner. There is no question that there is a bldg. site <br /> right for this 7a. parcel . <br /> There is a question concerning a final 7th bldg. site that came <br /> from the original 243a . previously owned by Ed Brunner. That site <br /> right has no bearing whatsoever on this rezoning decision for <br /> the Pierick ' s. David Perkins and Gordon Brunner are the two land- <br /> owners currently dispmtiing ownership of that final bldg. sight <br /> right. The Town Board of Vermont decided that Gordon Brunner and <br /> David Perkins must resolve this issue among themselves: The Town <br /> Board at the July 8 , 1996 meeting also made a motion that the Town <br /> Chairman should contact Dane County Zoning to notify that there <br /> is no reason to hold the Piereck rezone in abeyance. <br /> • <br /> Board Chairman /:oard Supervis r <br /> Boar.
