DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6610 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Sun Prairie. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the R-1 Residential and RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6610 <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 17, Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: <br /> TO R-1: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 17; thence S 00° 00' <br /> 00" East along the East line of said Northeast quarter of Section 17, 6.98 feet; thence S <br /> 57° 51' 00" West along the centerline of Bailey Road, 910.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continuing S 57° 51' 00" West along the centerline of Bailey Road, 150 <br /> feet; thence; N 32° 09' 00" West, 303.00 feet; thence N 57° 51' 00" East, 150.00 feet; <br /> thence S 32° 09' 00" East, 303.00 feet to the point of beginning., <br /> TO RH-1: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 17; thence S 00° 00' <br /> 00" East along the East line of said Northeast quarter of Section 17, 6.98 feet; thence S <br /> 57° 51' 00" West along the centerline of Bailey Road, 910.00 feet; thence N 32° 09' 00" <br /> West, 303.00 feet; thence S 57° 51' 00" West, 150.00 feet; thence S 32° 09' 00" East, <br /> 303.00 feet to the centerline of Bailey Road, thence S 57° 51' 00" West along the <br /> centerline of Bailey Road, 480.00 feet ; thence N 00° 08' 26" East along the West line of <br /> said NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 17, 798.02 feet to the North line of said NE 1/4; thence N <br /> 88° 29' 19" East along the North line of said NE 1/4, 1312.14 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> 4\k <br />
