Town Board <br /> Planning Commission <br /> Page 4 <br /> April 30, 1996 <br /> We have enclosed a drawing, labeled "Map 3", which shows how things would look once <br /> all of the foregoing has been accomplished. The proposed Ag-2 parcel is colored yellow, while <br /> the 2.01 acre parcel to be rezoned Ag-2(2) is colored in pink. <br /> Please add our request to the agenda of the Plan Committee and the Town Board for <br /> consideration on May 20, 1996. I understand that the Plan Committee meets at 7:00 P.M. while <br /> the Town Board meets at 7:30 P.M. Please provide whatever notice to the public and the <br /> neighbors is required to enable the Board to be in a position to approve or disapprove our <br /> petitions that evening. We have enclosed a copy of our Petitions to Rezone, For Conditional <br /> Use Permit, and for a revised Certified Survey Map as submitted to Dane County. It is our <br /> hope to be able to appear before the County Zoning and Natural Resources Committee on <br /> June 11, 1996, with a decision by the Town in their possession, so that, assuming favorable <br /> action by the Committee, we can be placed on the County Board Agenda for June 20, 1996. <br /> We both want to thank you for your consideration and attention to these matters.
