We are simultaneously submitting this petition to the Town of Berry for review <br /> and expect to be on the Town Board's agenda for the evening of May 20, 1996. <br /> 5. I have enclosed a copy of the letter being sent to the Town of Berry explaining <br /> the reasons for this petition to rezone. I would propose that that letter serve as the <br /> written statement explaining the rezone for this rezone petition. <br /> 6. We would anticipate that this rezoning petition, if granted, would have a delayed <br /> effective date, allowing the Petitioners time to obtain approval of a Certified Survey <br /> Map. <br /> Please contact me at your convenience if this application is incomplete in any fashion. <br /> I would be happy to supplement the record as necessary to assure timely review.
