MOTION CARRIED. There was also come <br /> discussion about the town putting a culvert in there. Jill was referred to Jeff Smith as the <br /> board was not aware of it. <br /> VEIL Maag•Schiller-Kennel Issue. The Chair had received a letter from the county <br /> informing him of the potential problem of the septic system on this property- that the <br /> 1 septic. system was for the 3 bedroom home only and that animal waste and human waste <br /> L.annot he combined In addition, some of the neighbors who had not been informed of <br /> the previous meetings regarding the dog kennel were present to oppose. Al and Carmen <br /> Goodman and Ten Schumann were in attendance, Their concerns included the disposal <br /> of the waste from the dogs, the disinfectant disposal, the floor drain in the middle of the ` <br /> building that goes directly into the ground, the decrease in their propem values, the noise <br /> that the dogs would make, pollution in the creek_ and concert about the loss of wildlife <br /> in the area because of the presence of dogs. Ms. Maag had also checked into these same <br /> issues and did have some proposals for a holding tank and hooking the floor drain into it <br /> for the sound barriers that they intended to plant Se or erect etc., as well as some letters to <br /> defend her request for the dog kennel. Loyal Sargent be given 2 <br /> key to the outside door of the town hall only. MOTION by Griffin/Hampton that a key <br /> •he given to the Commander to the outside door only with the understanding that there <br /> will he no duplicates made- MOTION CARRIED. <br />
