DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6615 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Mazomanie <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6615 <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW1/4 and the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 15, Town of Mazomanie <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 15; thence <br /> East 1314.47 feet to the Northwest corner of said NE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence South 1180.00 <br /> feet along the West line of the E 1/2 SW 1/4 to the point of beginning; thence East 450.00 <br /> feet; thence South 400.00 feet; thence West 450.00 feet; thence North 400.00 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds.
