The previous comments indicated a concern with using <br /> agricultural land. However, this 2.7 acre site is physically separated from the balance of the <br /> farmland by East Blue Mounds Road. <br /> Because of its size (2.7 acres) and its triangular shape, it does appear to meet the following <br /> criteria for a non-farm site: <br /> "- b. a parcel too small to be economically used for agricultural purposes." <br /> "- g. a parcel shape which promotes maintenance of adjacent agricultural parcels and <br /> which minimizes the length of access from a public road to the structure." <br /> With the physical size and the configuration, this separated site appears reasonably consistent <br /> with adopted policies. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> OTHER <br />
