WHEREAS, <br /> is/are the owner/s of the following described land in the <br /> Town of Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> to-wit: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 26, Town of Blue Mounds <br /> described as follows : All that part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section <br /> 26, Town of Blue Mounds lying Southwesterly of the centerline of <br /> East Blue Mounds Road. <br /> II. WHEREAS said owner desires to place certain restrictions <br /> thereon, to bind the owner and those who may acquire title <br /> hereafter. <br /> III.
