Page 1 DANE COUNTY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1343 THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES DOES HEREBY: GRANT the conditional use permit subject to conditions. FOR: Day care center. EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 7/23/96 EXPIRATION DATE: (See below) THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 13, Town of Rutland described as follows : Commencing at the East quarter corner of Section 13; thence West along the East-West quarter line 1159. 80 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue West along said quarter line 147 . 6 feet; thence N 010 31' West, 147 . 6 feet; thence East 147 . 6 feet; thence S 01° 31' East, 147 . 6 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONS These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for revocation of this permit. 1) . Maximum of 16 children. 2) . One full time or equivelant part time employees . 3) . A replacement area for the soil absorption component of th private sewage system is to designated by a certified soil tester licensed by the State of Wisconsin and verified by the Dane County Environmental Health Division. 4) . An affidavit of undersized system is recorded at the Dane County Register of Deeds Office to notify any future owner of the increased use of the system over the design capacity. THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare.
