They are: <br /> 1) a 5 acres net Lot around the existing house and farm buildings <br /> to be rezoned to RH-2 as Lot 2 on a D.E.D. with a CSM; 2) a 3.4 acres <br /> net area Lot in a wooded area for a future home site to be rezoned <br /> to RH-1 as Lot 1 on the same D.E.D. CSM; 3) a 16.53 acre parcel, to <br /> be retained by the estate, to be rezoned to A-2 (16 acres minium). <br /> Enclosed is a check in the amount of $100 payable to Dane County <br /> Zoning Dept.
