Page 1 DANE COUNTY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1344 THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES DOES HEREBY: GRANT the conditional use permit subject to conditions. FOR: Range, (lighted) hunting preserve and sale of alcohol by the drink. EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 8/27/96 EXPIRATION DATE: (See below) THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 23 and SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 22, Town of Mazomanie described as follows: Commencing 346.5 feet North and 10 feet East of Southwest corner; thence East 932 . 9 feet; North 412 . 5 feet; West 986. 4 feet; South 314 . 4 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONS These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for revocation of this permit. 1) . All rifle range rules of the Wisconsin River Sportsmens Club. 2) . All trap range rules of the Wisconsin River Sportsmens Club. THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. 3. That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will not impede the normal and orderly development and improvement of the surrounding property for uses permitted in the district. 4 . That adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and other necessary site improvements will be made.
