To Whom It May Concern; <br /> We the undersigned oppose the rezoning as described in the <br /> recent "Notice of Public Hearing" regarding property on <br /> Lake Kegonza with a Public Hearing scheduled on July 16, <br /> 1996. <br /> We originally purchased our cottage in 1974 because of the <br /> residential setting that had uncongested single family <br /> properties in the area and find that the proposed rezoning <br /> would be detrimental to our interests. The proposed rezoning <br /> is not a minor request in that it is just the beginning of <br /> commercial exploitation of the lake the resource that drew <br /> all of us landowners to this area in the beginning.
