DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6639 <br /> Amending Section 10.c relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Blue Mounds. <br /> The Dane County Board o Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Blue ounds be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes <br /> District/s the following descri i-d land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6639 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Se tion 35, Town of Blue Mounds described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southeast corner •f said SW 1/4 NW 1/4; thence North 1000 feet; <br /> thence N 80° West 200 feet; thence 35° West 575 feet; thence S 75° West 500 feet; <br /> thence West 180 feet to center of S d Road; thence S 45° East along road 586 feet; <br /> thence East 745 feet to the point of begi •ng. <br /> CONDITIO •L ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section I.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances.
