DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6641 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Christiana. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Christiana be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6641 <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 22, Town of Christiana described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 22; thence Westerly along the <br /> centerline of Koshkonong Road 1709.4 feet; thence South 435 feet to a point of <br /> beginning; thence South 120 feet; thence West 120 feet; thence North 120 feet; thence <br /> East 120 feet to point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. Subject to the recording of a deed restriction specifying that there shall be no more than five vehicles located <br /> on the rezone area area at one time,the only use to be allowed is the repair and sale of vehicles,and is limited to <br /> one sign which shall not exceed 20 square feet in size and which shall not be lighted. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land <br /> within 300 feet of the site.
