DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6851 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the <br /> Town of Springfield. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows : <br /> That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springfield be <br /> amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6851 <br /> A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 Section <br /> 7, Town of Springfield described as follows : Commencing at <br /> the East quarter of said Section 7; thence South 344 . 86 <br /> feet; thence S 81° 43' 40" West, 512 . 80 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continue S 81° 43' 40" West, 820 .25 feet; <br /> thence <br /> S 00° 37' 53" East, 450 . 00 feet; thence S 49° 53' 15" East, <br /> 159 . 02 feet; thence S 04° 30' 15" East, 223 . 48 feet; thence <br /> N 73° 01' 09" East 67 . 52 feet; thence N 04° 34' 51" West, <br /> 218 . 77 feet; thence N 69° 14' 18" East, 148 .27 feet; thence <br /> N 70° 49' 28" East, 219. 87 feet; thence N 70° 57' 38" East, <br /> 223 . 34 feet; thence S 00° 25' 09" East, 242 . 71 feet; thence <br /> N 82° 35' 45" East, 66. 40 feet; thence N 00° 19' 36" West, <br /> 276 . 97 feet; thence N 00° 24' 44" West, 415. 00 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section <br /> 10 .255 (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The <br /> rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions . <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe <br /> land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for <br /> approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, <br /> if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified <br /> survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded <br /> in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure <br /> to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and <br /> void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to <br /> Dane County Zoning. <br /> 31i <br /> li <br /> oec��ve. �— <br />
