DANE COUNTY ZONING: JUNE 4, 1996 <br /> This information concerns the proposed rezoning of property I own <br /> in the NW} of Section 28 of the Town of Cottage Grove, Dane County, <br /> Wisconsin. <br /> The proposed change is from A-1 excl. to R-1 and is for part of the <br /> infill area between the original "Rolling Wheels" subdivision and the <br /> "First Addition to Rolling Wheels" subdivision. <br /> This entire property of approximately 40 acres is designated for <br /> single family residential development as "infilling" between existing <br /> development by the 1996 Town of Cottage Grove Land Use Plan which has <br /> been approved by both the Town of cottage Grove and by Dane County. <br /> The Town of Cottage Grove has elected to stage the development by <br /> approving the rezoning of 20 acres (about one half of the property) at <br /> this time and consider the rezoning of the balance at a later time after <br /> this portion is substantially developed. <br /> The Town Board approved this rezoning at their regular meeting on <br /> 4011PJune 3, 1996 and recommends approval by Dane Colt/ <br /> Joh .
