DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6654 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cottage Grove. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the R-3A Residential <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6654 <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 10, Town of Cottage Grove described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot #18 of the Plat of South Slope Addition to <br /> American Heritage; thence S 88° 38' 50"East along the South line of said Lot #18, <br /> 268.75 feet to the centerline of Baxter Road; thence S 02° 36' West along said centerline, <br /> 160 feet more or less to the extended Northerly right-of-way line of CTH BB; thence <br /> Westerly along said extended and Northerly line, 268 feet more or less to the Southeast <br /> corner of Lot #1 of Dane County Certified Survey Map #6309; thence N 03° 30' 11" <br /> East along the East line of said Lot, 161.90 feet to the point of beginning. <br />
