` f Page 1 DANE COUNTY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1348 THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES DOES HEREBY: GRANT: The Conditional Use Permit subject to conditions. FOR: Lighted gun club with alcohol sales. EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 8/27/96 EXPIRATION DATE: (See Below) THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 30, Town of Vienna described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said SW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence S 89° 51' 02" East along the North line thereof 1237 .5 feet ; thence S 00° 02' 23" East 850 feet ; thence N 85° 51' 02" West 1237 . 5 feet to the West line of said SW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence N 00° 02' 23" West 850 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONS: These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for revocation of this permit. 1 . Site will be restricted to shotgun (with target loads) and archery only. No rifled shotgun, rimfire, or centerline ammunition to be discharged on the property. 2 . All fall from shot and thrown and broken targets will be confined to the property. 3 . Discharge of shotgun will only be allowed between the hours of 9: 00 A.M. and 10: 00P.M. 4 . There shall be a limit of 75 persons allowed on the property without written permission obtained from the Vienna Town Board. 5. The property shall be secured with a locked gate and warning signs shall be posted around the property boundaries every 50 feet. 6. The property shall be maintained in a neat and sightly manner at all times . 7 . All other normal and usual conditions for this use by any other authority with jurisdiction (D.N.R. etc. ) shall be followed as required.
