K <br /> A <br /> Zoning Change # 6655 & CUP #1348 <br /> Conditions Recommended by the Town of Vienna <br /> 1) Site will be restricted to shotgun (with target loads) and archery only. No rifled <br /> shotgun, rimfire, or centerfire ammunition to be discharged on the property. <br /> 2) All fall from shot and thrown and broken targets will be confined to the property. <br /> 3)Discharge of shotgun will only be allowed between the hours of 9:00A.M. and <br /> 10:00 P.M. . <br /> 4) There shall be a limit of 75 persons allowed on the property without written <br /> permission obtained from the Vienna Town Board <br /> 5) The property shall be secured with a locked gate and warning signs shall be <br /> posted around the property boundries every fifty feet. <br /> 6) The property shall be maintained in a neat and sightly manner at all times. <br /> 7) All other normal and usual conditions for this use by any other authority with <br /> jurisdiction(D.N.R. ect) shall be followed as required. <br />
