Zoning Petition # 6655 and CUP# 1348 <br /> Dear Sirs. <br /> The Vienna Town Board met on July 8, 1996. One item on the agenda for that meeting <br /> was a public hearing on Zoning Petition # 6655 and CUP# 1348 presented by the <br /> Hiwatha Gun Club seeking to rezone their property from Al -ex to Re-1 recreation <br /> The request for the zoning change was to bring their zoning in compliance with the <br /> required zoning to allow that organization to continue to operate a Gun Club at that site <br /> The Board received a report from the Town Plan commission on the requested changes <br /> The Plan Committee informed the Board that no person had appeared before them in <br /> opposition to the proposed changes. The Committee informed the Board that they had <br /> voted 4 in favor, 0 opposed, and with I member absent- to recommend approval of the <br /> requests as presented and with conditions added to the request A copy of the <br /> recommended conditions were given to the Board with the recommendation. <br /> The Vienna Board opened their hearing with no persons present in support of opposition <br /> to the requested changes. The Board received the recommendations for approval with <br /> conditions from the Plan Committee. A motion was made to recommend approval to <br /> Dane County with the attached conditions by a vote of three in favor and none opposed. <br /> The Town of Vienna requests that Dane County approve Zoning Petition # 6655 and <br /> CUP# 1348 as applied for with the attached conditions submitted by the Town <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Robert Pulvermacher <br /> Vienna Town Clerk <br /> cc.
