DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6658 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Verona. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows; That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes and RH-3 <br /> Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6658 <br /> Part of the N 1/2 NE 1/4 Section 6, Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> TO RH-3: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot #1, CSM 5964, which is the <br /> point of beginning; thence S 68° 36' 21" West, 810.70 feet to the East line of Timber <br /> Lane; thence N 00° 24' 14"East, 425.06 feet along Timber Lane; thence S 89° 32' 00" <br /> East, 17.84 feet; thence S 14° 58' 00"East, 53.94 feet; thence N 01° 27'42"East, 54.64 <br /> feet to the North line of Section 6, thence N 88° 24' 39"East, 1680.58 feet; thence S 42° <br /> 55' 04"East, 572.93 feet to the North line of Midtown Road, thence S 61° 25' 34"West, <br /> 399.08 feet along Midtown Road; thence N 26° 37' 27"West, 427.42 feet; thence S 68° <br /> 36' 21" West, 394.00 feet; thence N 20° 52' 56" West, 225.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> Part of the N 1/2 NE 1/4 Section 6, Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> TO RH-2: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot #2, CSM 5964 which is the <br /> point of beginning; thence S 88° 24' 39"West, 841.64 feet; thence S 42° 55' 04"East, <br /> 572.93 feet to the North right-of-way of Midtown Road; thence N 61° 16' 41"East, along <br /> said North line, 514.14 feet; thence North 00° 00' 00"East, 195.98 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> Also, Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot #1, CSM 5964, thence S 20° 52' 56" <br /> East, 225.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 68° 36' 21"West 394.00 feet; thence <br /> S 26° 37' 27"East, 427.42 feet to the North line of Midtown Road; thence S 61° 25' 34" <br /> West, 175.24 feet along said Midtown Road; thence S 60° 34' 56"West 266.03 feet along <br /> said Midtown Road; thence N 20° 52' 56"West, 445.05 feet; thence S 68° 36' 21"West, <br /> 33.00 feet; thence N 20° 52' 56" West, 34.70 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br />
