• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6659 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Dunkirk. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural and RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6659 <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 12, Town of Dunkirk described as follows: <br /> TO RH-1: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 12; thence S 03° 18' <br /> 40" West along the Section line 612.06 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue S <br /> 03° 18' 40" West 250.00 feet; thence West 383.06 feet; thence N 03° 18' 40" East <br /> 250.00 feet; thence East 383.06 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4, of Section 12, Town of Dunkirk described as follows: <br /> TO A-2: Beginning at the East quarter corner of said Section 12; thence S 03° 18' 40" <br /> West along the Section line 612.06 feet; thence West 383.06 feet; thence S 03° 18' 40" <br /> West 250.00 feet; thence West 650.47 feet; thence N 03° 18' 40" East 862.06 feet to the <br /> East-West line; thence East 294.17 feet along the Section line, thence S 00° 09' 58" West <br /> 248.84 feet; thence S 79° 11' 18" East 187.95 feet; thence North 284.09 feet to the East- <br /> West quarter line, thence East along the Section line 555.47 fee to the East quarter corner <br /> of said Section and the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1.Subject to the recording of a deed restriction that stipulates there shall not be more than 70 animal units on the <br /> A-2 rezone area and to provide a manure storage plan. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land <br /> within 300 feet of the site.
