This is an incorrect zoning because the parcel is 3.79 acres and the <br /> parcel should have been zoned RH-l. This was a mistake on the part of the Town and will be <br /> corrected by a blanket rezone by the Town. The Plan Commission is currently working on <br /> subdivision ordinance revisions and their schedule calls for the blanket rezone to be done in <br /> November of this year. <br /> The Town Board has no objection to issuing a zoning permit and building permit to allow Mr, <br /> Cass build his home knowing that this correction in zoning will be made. This was an existing <br /> parcel when our Land Use Plan and Exclusive Ag were adopted and therefore he is entitled to a <br /> dwelling unit.
