TOWN BOARD ACTION REPORT <br /> Regarding Zoning Petition # 666 / Public Hearing <br /> Z 0/F6 <br /> Whereas, the Town Board of the Town of Blooming Grove having considered <br /> said zoning petition, be it therefore resolved that said petition is hereby proved Denied). <br /> The Town Planning Commission, <br /> consisting of four members voted four in favor and none opposed. <br /> The Town Board, <br /> consisting of three members voted three in favor and none opposed. <br /> The above petition is subject to the following conditions: (Cross out or write none if there are no <br /> conditions) <br /> Two conditions to be included in the recording of deed restriction tn: <br /> 1 .
