DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6661 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Blooming Grove. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Blooming Grove be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6661 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 2, Town of Blooming Grove described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 2; thence N 00° 27' 33" West, <br /> 215.50 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence S 87° 21' 03" West, <br /> 247.50 feet; thence S 00° 27' 33" East, 215.50 feet; thence S 87° 21' 03" West, 241.50 <br /> feet; thence N 05° 29' 30" West, 546.40 feet; thence on a curve to right of radius 1,462 <br /> feet whose long chord bears N 84° 04' East, 278.56 feet; thence N 89° 32' East, 259.29 <br /> feet; thence S 00° 27' 33" East, 336.72 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. Subject to the recording of a deed restriction prohibiting any livestock on the rezone area and to prohibit any <br /> conditional uses on the RH-1 rezone area. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land <br /> within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br />
