The property is being <br /> developed as a corporate park. We are requesting a Conditional Use Permit for Mineral Extraction <br /> to allow us to perform grading operations to balance the site, possibly exporting some materials <br /> offsite. <br /> Our time frame is dependent on development activity. We intend to grade areas as they develop and <br /> as fill is needed in a developing area we will borrow materials from areas which will require cut and <br /> vice versa. We expect the total park to develop over the next ten years. <br /> A Preliminary Plat of the park has previously been approved (copy attached). We no longer own lots <br /> 2, 3, 11, 12, 13, 17 and 19. The remainder of the area highlighted in blue is a part of this CUP <br /> request. The major area of cut is marked on the attached copy of the Preliminary Plat. I have also <br /> enclosed: <br /> (1) an engineers drawing of the existing and proposed grades for the area to be cut <br /> and the future road in that area. <br /> (2) a reference sheet showing the tax parcel numbers of the lots involved. <br /> (3) the required check in the amount of$100. <br /> If you have any questions or need any more information, please give me a call.
