The property is bordered by only one road <br /> (Beckman Road) to the east and Walking Iron County Park (About <br /> 281 acres) . To the south there is 200 acres of agricultural <br /> land (Cornfield) . To the west is a 25 acre track of woods. The <br /> north side of the property has marsh creek running through it and <br /> marsh on the other side.
