A <br /> division of the Harnischfeger Company, out of Milwaukee, <br /> has an interest in renting the facility on a 5-year lease, with <br /> options to renew, but they require a re-zone for their <br /> intended use. They are involved in the modification of large <br /> industrial cranes including welding, metal fabrication and <br /> cutting, and spinning. These activities fall under the M-1 <br /> zoning classification items (o), (p), and (q). We are willing <br /> to restrict the zoning to any C-2 permitted use and ONLY <br /> the M-1 zoning items Harnischfeger needs to conduct their <br /> business. Environmental Phase I reports on the current <br /> G_22_9 G Harnischfeger facility in Milwaukee and the property on <br /> Hwy 19 are available for the County to review if necessary. <br /> 6) Town Notification - The Town of Burke has been notified and we are on their <br /> agenda to recieve a decision prior to the County meetings. <br />
