DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6667 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Burke. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Burke be amended to include in the M-1 Industrial District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6667 <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 5, Town of Burke described as follows: Lots #1, 2, <br /> 3, and 4 CSM 8165 found Volume 44, Page 23 of Certified Survey Maps Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds Office. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3Xa) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. Subject to the recording of a deed restriction limiting the uses in the M-1 zoning district to items (o),(p),(q) <br /> only and excluding items(i),(k)and(L)in the C-2 zoning district. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land <br /> within 300 feet of the site.
